My husband and I only stayed for one night at this hotel so we only interacted with the staff at check in and check out. They were pleasant and friendly both times. We booked a king bed with sleeper sofa. The room appeared to be clean, the bed/bedding looked clean. The nightstands and TV stand were kind of beat up... more

I got a $49/night deal through Hotwire at this depressing dump (where I am writing this review right before I check out) and I still feel RIPPED OFF. One of the top five most horrible hotels I have ever stayed in; the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in is the Best Western in Waltham the last time I came... more

The worst rooms ever. The rooms were dirty, the doors were too open, beds were extremely low. If a fire broke out, we would all die of smoke inhalation. The non-smoking rooms were on the smoking floor. All you smelled was cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts were all on the carpet. Coffee pot and etc. was in the bathroom. The hotel... more

I stayed here on business, lured by a very low price on Hotwire. Not sure that it was worth it. As noted in other reviews, all of the corridors smell like smoke. The staff was fine, the rooms were OK, but two real problems. First, the location - it is right next to a major highway and on the other... more

This hotel is aging but there were no real problems. The staff and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed in a king room on the third floor. The TV was older. The bathroom was tiny. The internet was plug in (which I prefer). Please NOTE the third floor is mostly all SMOKING rooms. If you don't like VERY smokey halls insist... more

This Holiday Inn has been around for as far back as I can remember - I used to live in the area and came back for my son's wedding. Stayed here because its close to Stoughton, but sure wish we stayed somewhere else. We were in the middle of the third floor, but the only elevator for that area was... more

Our room smelled and the bathroom was dirty. It doesn't get much worse than those two issues for a hotel room. It is near a mall - thats the only good thing I can say about it. more

Booked this room for a Monday night on Hotwire for $59 (with taxes/fees, came to $71). Obviously this isn't a five star hotel, but for the money, it's a great value. The lobby is large, the staff were friendly (after talking me into signing up for the free Holiday Inn Points program, they gave me a bag full of fruit... more

We stayed in a poolside room. The first thing we did was get shut out of our room! I had shut the sliding door behind us and the thing didn't have a handle on the outside...we couldn't slide it open, so I went to the front desk for help. After the gentleman couldn't get it open, he disappeared for "help."... more

I have stayed at this hotel a few times on business both as a Radisson and Holiday Inn. The hotel has been your average hotel nothing bad, nothing special, needed some tlc, but had above average service and great food in the restaurant. On my last stay I got a newly renovated room that had new carpet, wall paper and... more
