I stayed at the Moses Nickerson House for eight nights the week before Christmas in December 2007. I was in Chatham to look at houses, and I couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay while there. The innkeepers, Linda and George, are simply wonderful. I was traveling alone, and they went out of their way to make me... more

I came for a wedding in late Oct 2007. The MNI is well located and very charmingly decorated. Of the dozen or so B&Bs I've stayed in over the past 2-3 years, this one is in the top 5. Breakfast was simple but delicious and my hosts were kind and helpful. If you're expecting modern conveniences, I suggest you forego... more

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Chatham, Ma. We spent 3 relaxing days at the Moses Nickerson House. All I can say is that if you want a pricey, extravagant place to stay...this is NOT the place. If you want a clean, comfortable, centrally located inn with reasonable off-season prices, excellant breakfasts and wonderful, knowledgeable hosts...this... more

We stayed for 3 nights- 9/6-9/10. It was just OK. The bed in Room 3 was horrible. Too soft; my husband and I felt like we had to hold on to the edge all night. The young Russian staff is helpful .The owners seemed a little tired. I asked to print my boarding pass and Linda did not say no,... more

We stayed in room 7 for one night and the room was large but quite musty. We ran the A/C all night to help clean up the air a little bit. The location was pretty convenient to the town but you will probably still have to drive or bike unless you're up for a good hike. Breakfast was mediocre at... more

We've stayed at many a b & b, on the Cape and elsewhere. The breakfasts here were the BEST! The inn offers lemonade/cookies in the afternoon; the cookies were not wonderful. The room had pluses & minuses. Room 7 has its own entrance from the outside, as well as one from the screened-in breakfast room, which was lovely. The room... more

My husband and I stayed in room 6 for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was great and was served in the sun room. The other guests were very friendly during breakfast and it was great to learn where people had traveled from. Linda was so nice and helpful with information regarding the best beach, places to grab... more

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the MNH very much. We had a lovely room on the main floor with our own large veranda to enjoy at the end of the day. The bathroom was new and very clean - a real plus when staying in old , charming New England B&B's. The gardens are lovely and the... more

We stayed at this Band B for two very long nights. Room #7 was so mold and mildewed infested that my daughter and I were up all night trying to breathe. It was like tring to breathe in a mildewed basement. The room was filthy, dusty, dirty, damp and had spiders in corners all over the place including the 2... more

My wife and I recently were fortunate enough to spend 2 nights at the Moses Nickerson House located in Chatham Cape Cod. The MNH is a splendid structure built in the 1830's and contains some fine examples of an era gone-by, including interesting antiques, wide pine floors throughout and wonderfully manicured gardens. George and Linda, who own and run the... more
