I stayed in the Orleans room (aka the master suite). It has a tiny bathroom shower stall. It is the only room in the inn with a private bathroom which I did not realize. I only lucked out and got this room because the innkeeper had my reservation dates wrong. Their website doesn't explain that all of the other rooms have shared bathrooms. It is a nice, sweet, simple house but it is overpriced for the lack of amenities. It is also right next to a restaurant and from my bedroom windows, I could hear the clanking of dishes. However, I did have a lovely time in Chatham and enjoyed my stay despite the just so so review.
