We stayed at this hotel during our recent trip to the Boston/Salem area. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The location poses as challenge to get to once you find it, but we were able to get there with the help of our GPS. more

Our room was extremely neat and clean. I did not see any dirt at all. The hotel felt secure and was well lit. The hot breakfast that was included was pretty good and included a variety of foods. I would definitely stay here again. more

Stayed here on the advice of an (ex) friend. If you read but one paragraph of this review, trust me this place is a "pass." First, this is not your typical hotel. There are several buildings that resemble condos with an up and downstairs. You get one or the other. Second, the hotel is sandwiched between 2 major highways with... more

I would never recommend this place! First of all, I did not feel safe at all. The door wasn't very secure for it being an outside entrance. The room seemed fairly clean until I went to the bathroom area. There was black spray paint all over the mirror and things were falling apart. The bathroom and sink were very dirty.... more

We spent the most enjoyable 5 days at this Residence Inn. Our suite was very roomy, clean, comfortable - even a dishwasher! We made the most of the outdoor pool and the small gym. The, very reasonably priced, on site launderette was very welcome as we had been travelling for a while. Breakfast was more than adequate with a wide... more

Stayed here in July 2009 with wife and toddler. Do NOT expect this to be your typical level of quality of a Residence Inn. It's a bit below that level. Inside the rooms were great, just as clean and comfortable as always. However, outside was not as clean nor desirable. Smoking is everywhere outside. Our room was non-smoking, but there... more

I would like to see a designated smoking area at this hotel. Guests are not allowed to smoke in their suites, but can smoke outside where ever they wish. Therefore, when you leave your room you are very likely to be caught in a haze of smoke. Rooms need to be updated. Furniture and TV's very old. more

We decided to stay here on our last night of vacation before flying out of Boston. This was not the best Residence Inn we have stayed in. In fact we had the two bedroom unit and were disappointed. The king size room only had a pull curtain as a divider with the second bedroom upstairs and an open loft. This... more

We recently stayed at this property as a result of the ice storm that hit New England. The front desk was staffed by a very nice young man who was courteous and expressed concern for our predicament. The woman who took our reservation was equally polite and warm. We were fortunate not to have to stay long but we were... more

With an understanding that this facility was undergoing renovations we were apprehensive in the possible noise factor in staying here. When we noted our concern we were assured that we would be well taken care of. And we were and had a very nice suite. We were taken care of by a courteous staff when checking in and out as... more
