We only spent one night at this hotel, We found the room to be spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. Our only complaint was that the hotel is built on several levels, with some rooms a half floor above or below others. Perhaps there were elevators available but due to the late hour, we just carried our luggage up and... more

I suppose it wasn't the worst but certainly not your typical Fairfield Inn. The staff was friendly and accomodating so that's a plus. I just found the room quite small especially the bathroom. I was traveling with my mom and we weren't on any time constraints but it could really be chaotic for let's say two women on a business... more

This hotel is a bit weird in a way that its two separated buildings and some rooms have exterior doors directly in the parking lot, and that the staff here seems very questionable. The pool was very clean however there were no towels in the pool area on two different occasions. Our room had a fantastic view of a dirty... more

They use an outsourced internet provider. Google.com (and all other pages for that matter) 15-20 seconds to load. Front desk gave me support number, who told me this is typical, and there is no issue as long as I can connect. When I told him this wasn't suitable for business users, he asked me how much I'm paying for the... more

The hotel in itself is nicely looked after. Typical Fairfield set-up, but everything looks very new and kept nicely. The staff is a bit iffy -- at check in, we asked for a connecting room and were given rooms next to each other that connected to the opposite neighboring rooms (no big deal, we managed); during breakfast, we asked the... more

I stayed here with my 3 year old son while visiting friends & family in the area. I stayed for a total of 3 days. The customer service was fantastic. The women at the front desk were friendly, courteous and went above & beyond the call of duty. Even the hotel's engineer was friendly & greeted us with a smile... more

I think the previous reviews on this web site are pretty accurate. The best part of this hotel is that it is very close to Dedham commuter rail station. It is a very short walk or drive away. The initial roomthat we got smelled like smoke even though it wass a non-smoking room. I immediately went back and asked for... more

Stayed at this property numerous times between May and June, 2008. The remodeling is going great and the new room are very impressive. Great front desk (Kevin, Kelly), engineering (Dennis), and new GM Jason. All my needs were meet with a smile including fixing the TV and getting me a fridge and microwave. They have a great free breakfast spread... more

You get what you pay for. Rates are much lower than in Boston, but downtown Boston is also a 40+ minute drive away. My family visited for my sister's graduation and we crammed 5 people into the room. There were 2 double beds inside (doubles, not fulls or queens), and with the rollaway there was literally about a foot and... more
