Great hotel! Overall clean, comfortable, quiet. Unfortunately I have Celiac disease, so I had to call and make sure there were gluten-free food options which I was assured there was. However, when I had breakfast at the restaurant they seemed confused and weren't sure what I was talking about. The staff was helpful in trying to find me options quickly.

I had a very good stay. The accomodations were very nice. The staff on all shifts are friendly and very helpful. Management is always around and willing to answer any questions. The entire staff makes you feel welcome.

If you have the pleasure of being near Fort Devens or visiting the Concord area you should stay at this hotel. Quiet, great location and excellent facilities.
