I booked my room through Priceline.com and was very satisfied. I needed a room for only one night in this particular vicinity of Cape Cod, Massachusetts while traveling. All the amenities one would need was available. I was lucky to be placed in a handicap accessible room (#105) right off the lobby area which was quite large with a single... more

If you've ever stayed on Cape Cod, you are well aware that unless you want to dish out $450/night, your choice of nicer properties is basically non-existant. The hotels know they have a captured market, so this allows them to charge inflated prices for relatively cruddy rooms/accomodations. Most of these locations are independent motels of some nature, but a few... more

Stayed for 3 days in August 07 and wished we could have stayed longer. Check in staff very friendly and welcoming and room was big and clean. Indoor and outdoor pools and par 3 golf course. Nice mix of older people and families. We are over 50 but dont mind kids. About a 10 minute walk to the restaurants of... more

Nothing fancy but a clean comfortable hotel. We took an outside facing room (not poolside) as recommended here, and the room was nice sized and the beds clean. The location is great, and most of the staff was very friendly. No complaints overall. more

We just returned home from our yearly visit to the Cape. I have stayed at here at least a dozen or so times. The front desk staff is friendly but it is true that you are left to really do your own research on where and what to do. I recommend the visitor center down the street. The dining staff... more

I was very surprised to find the Sheraton brand attached to this place. It is basically a glorified motel. Service was a problem here, both because the place is severely understaffed and also because the employees just have a bad attitude. Most of the rooms face the pool, which is a problem because they do not enforce the "no kids... more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. The hotel exterior looked like a motel but I was pleasantly surprised by our room which was clean and nicely decorated. The room looked recently updated with an a/c which worked really well. The only complaint would be that the bottom of the bathtub was a little black. However, we... more

Hotel is in a good location. Don't get an inside room as they are damp smelling and the pool is noisy late at night and early in the morning. Hotel is not showing it's age very well - the rooms seem quite old. Staff is somewhat distracted and isn't of much help for the local area. Nor do they know... more

We have rented houses and stayed at bed and breakfasts in the Eastham/Orleans area for the past 7 years. What we have missed is not having a pool for our kids to go in after a day at the beach or bad weather. We took a chance on the Four Points because of its indoor pool and accessibility to nearby... more

We planned 2 nights in Eastham, as it's such a great location on the Cape, but after a less-than-good experience in our original hotel, I was SO happy to move over to the Four Points. We had driven past it a few times, and like the Hyannis Four Points Resort- neither looked spectacular from the outside. Still, it's a Starwood... more
