Clean rooms and friendly staff. Average amenities. Clean grounds Good location. Many beaches in the area. Easy ride to Provincetown. But... our under-sized queen bed was awful! Very uncomfortable spring mattress. OK experience but we didn't get any decent sleep. Likely to look elsewhere next time.
