This was my favorite Inn that I have ever stayed at in my entire life! The staff is friendly. The rooms are romantic and clean. The location is fantastic. It's right in the center of town, near the harbor and also near the bus stops so you can travel all over MV. Breakfast is out of this world! They have... more

Cannot recommend the Victorian Inn and Marthas Vineyard enough as a honeymoon destination. Traditional accommodation situated in downtown Edgartown. Warm welcome, fantastic breakfasts, afternoon cookies and more than helpful hosts! We would recommend hiring bikes and discovering the island - especially the lobster rolls in Menemsha and South Beach for some r&r. Would also recommend flying into Marthas Vineyard which... more

My wife, dog, and I stayed here for a special off-season weekend and found it to be one of the best B&B's we've encountered to date. The inn itself is charming and appropriately decorated. It is exceedingly well-maintained and absolutely spotless. The innkeepers pay great attention to details -- sherry in the rooms, high quality soaps -- but keep a... more

We recently had a wonderful stay at The Victorian Inn. The location couldn't be beat, right in the center of Edgartown and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The inn was tastefully and uniquely decorated in Victorian/antique style, which was charming, and at the same time our room was clean and very well maintained. We felt very welcomed and... more

After coming from a rather small and outdated B&B on Nantucket, the Victorian Inn was a breadth of fresh air. The innkeepers and staff were extremely helpful in all respects even helping us haul our very heavy luggage up the steps. The Inn and all the rooms are impeccably maintained and our room was plenty big and met all of... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Victorian Inn for a two night, kid-free, get away. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. The breakfasts were excellent from both a service and food standpoint. The rooms were nicely appointed and the inn has an overall relaxing feel. We were able to borrow a cooler, ice packs and chairs to... more

The four of us stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The people were very friendly and informative, eventhough at times the inkeeper tend to be a little bit "too friendly and chatty". Room: We stayed in two different rooms; my sister and brother in law stayed in a smaller room on the... more

I stayed at the Inn with my brother and his wife over the fourth of July weekend (well I only actually stayed one-night b/c we were harassed by the owner of the Inn). See below. My brother and his wife invited me to spend two nights in the Vineyard (they only extended an invite after contacting the Inn to say... more

Our policy remains unchanged for the past 15 years. Rooms are double occupancy only. We do not have cots, sofa beds, roll outs nor permit sleeping on the floor or furniture, other than beds, no exceptions. Our rates are posted and range from $245 to $425.

My husband and I spent an amazing weekend away from the kids to celebrate our anniversary. We absolutely loved this B&B. Our hosts were wonderfully informative and attentive. Having never been to Martha's Vineyard before we found the location of the inn great. We took a bus to Edgartown and walked to the inn. We rode bikes into Oak Bluffs... more

I recently sent an email to this Inn inquiring about availability in August. I received a response with their available rooms and descriptions. I then inquired if the rooms had TV's (my husband and I like to catch up on the news before we go to sleep). "Stephen" replied; (and this is a direct quote from his email to me)... more
