We were in Cape Cod for a wedding. The location of the hotel was just around the corner from where all of the activities are taking place. It was a decent place. It was nice to have a kitchenette. WhiIe I agree with the comments about the great location and nice garden, we must have had a different room than the reviewers! I have returned to the Ideal Spot every summer for the past 7 years. The owners are friendly and always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The efficiencies are very well equipped with full size appliances. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and it is very quiet and peaceful, the "ideal spot" for a relaxing vacation. more
West Falmouth is an uncrowded un-touristy part of the Cape, and the Ideal Spot Motel makes you feel as though you are on the Cape of 50 years ago.
