My girlfriend and I stayed here this past May and really enjoyed our stay. It was off-peak timing for the inn, but the staff were very friendly and helped give us some pointers for exploring the nearby towns, including where to eat. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and the location is ideal: right off 28A, but set back... More

My wife and I had a nice quiet stay seeing as we were the only guest while we were there. The innkeepers were very helpful and there was plenty of food at breakfast. It's only a short ride down the road to catch the Martha's Vineyard ferry.

Together with other members of our family, my husband and I spent over a week here last month, staying in The Cottage. We knew it would be a touch small for 5 adults but we had no problems at all and were all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the long leisurely breakfasts on the patio (and a couple indoors when... More

We paid more than we usually would for a queen size bed in a B&B, but the location was worth it. It was a short ride to the parking for the Martha's Vineyard ferry. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our coffee in the morning, next to the man made brook on the property. The grounds were so peaceful... More

My partner and I did a two week tour of the Boston/Cape Cod area in September 2012. We booked B+Bs for this trip and all were excellent except the Beach Rose Inn. We had two nights in Falmouth mainly to do the shining sea bikeway and for access to the Marthas Vineyard ferry (would recommend both). When we arrived at... More

Sadly, this review caught us completely by surprise. We recently received the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence and, as you can see from previous reviews, we pride ourselves in offering quality customer service. Since this guest kindly shared that our establishment is clean and the food is good, I can only surmise that she gave us such a low rating... More

This inn is situated on a quiet side street near the bike trail. The landscaping was very attractive and there plenty of seats outside to relax in. Breakfast was also served outdoors during our stay (the weather was ideal). The food each morning included two hot entrees and various cereals, fruit, juice, yogurt and tea/coffee. We stayed in the "cottage"... More

My husband and I stay at the Beach Rose Inn every summer for at least a couple of days. We will never forget how special the Innkeepers, Sheryll and Douglas, have made each visit, every year, since our first stay in 2007, when we stayed for our honeymoon. The grounds are serene, beautifully planned out with sculptures, flowing water, private... More

We stayed at the Beach Rose Inn for two nights and they were both great. The location is fantastic and peaceful. It was nice to stay at a more intimate, quiet lodging as it really did make the trip more peaceful and relaxing. The service was great and Sheryll went out of her way to print our tickets to a... My wife and I enjoyed this comfortable, cozy B&B on a quiet street near the heart of Falmouth. I particularly liked its location only a few houses away from a beautiful bike and jogging path. Our room was clean, pretty, and had a comfy bed. We chose a small room as we were visiting with cousins in the area. It... More

We stayed in the cottage on this property overnight and had a great visit. The cottage is adorable! 3 rooms plus kitchen & bath, which was more space than the 2 of us needed, but it was the only room available that night. It would be perfect for a family with a couple of kids, especially little girls who would... More
