Our experience at the Seaside the week preceding July 4, 2008, was disappointing based on their management misrepresenting things and remaining unhelpful in resolving them. A nice motel right on the sea front (just across the road). You will need to drive to the restaurants as they're a bit too far to walk (maybe 30mins, although we didn't walk it ourselves).
