Staff were very polite and friendly and even gave us a lift back to the bis station at the end of our stay. Location is pretty good, just at the other end of the main street and right near the harbour for the ferry over to marthas vineyard. The hotel was a couple minutes from the heart of downtown, extremely convenient to shop, eat and everything else. It was also a very short walk to the harbour to catch the ferry to Marthas Vinyard.
