My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Merrimack Valley Hotel and we have to say that this is one of the best stays that we've ever had in a hotel. All of the staff that we encountered during our stay was extremely friendy and accomodating. Each of them said 'Hello' to us as we walked through the building,... more

My room was filthy - had to be moved to another room. 2nd night my room was not cleaned and I had no clean towels. The 3rd night my vehicle was vandalized. The 4th night I checked out even though I had paid in advance for 5 nights. Would not recommend this property to someone I didn't like let alone... more

The room was comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed, T.V, Fridge, Microwave, Table & Chairs. Unfortunately The tea & coffee making facilities described on the website were a bit exaggeratory, the room had a coffee maker, which is not easy to use for making tea. Also the key cards kept deactivating themselves, and in particular did not always... more

Hotel is located just off of I-495. Surounding location is typical interstate exit business (2 pharamcies, mcdonalds, shopping plaza, gas stations etc...) Main area of hotel is clean , seems small at first but it looks like the hotel has been remodeled several times and has two enterences with a connecting hallway so it has more space then it seems.... more

I stayed here for 5 days and really appreciated it. The room, # 238, was very quiet and I was able to open the windows at times while I was there, nothing but lawn and trees outside. It was very clean, not terribly large, but furnishings were nice and it was cozy. Very comfortable. There is a supermarket and McDonald's... more

I am a lone female frequent business traveler. My safety is my number one reason for hotel choice. After that I look for a good location and a clean room and envirnment.
