Breathtaking lobby. Friendly and professionel staff. Spacious and very clean room. Perfect location and very relaxing place to stay. Breakfast with belgian waffles,yogurt and fresh fruit. Those people know exactly what a healthy person needs. Sometimes we thought we were in a health and spa center. Nearby town of holyoke has a great Barnes and Noble!!! more

We booked this hotel for one night to visit Six Flags in Springfield, and loved it from the minute we drove up to the front door! The check in was swift, the gal was sweet and accomodating. Right when I pulled in to park I could see how nice the hotel was. Walking into the lobby I was greeted with a warm smile and a hello from the front desk worker. Room was really clean. Breakfast was perfect. Pool area was great, my family really enjoyed. Will most definetley stay at this hotel many more times more

Stayed for two nights mid July on business. Check-in was swift, efficient and very helpful.
