I stayed here july 3rd-5th. Hotel room was decent, hall ways dingy, lobby fine. Pools indoor & outdoor were fine. Staff was nice. This generally okay hotel in Hyannis could be better if they would do something about their newly remodeled suites. If you happen to be traveling with your kids and wish some privacy, forget it.
