Hate to be a downer, but we though this place was just average, nothing special. We immediately had to switch rooms due to the dirty shower tub (hair all over, it was not cleaned at all obviously). Location wise, we liked it as a homebase to explore Cape Cod. It's a 2 star hotel, not a 3 star. more

I am a very loyal Marriott customer. This hotel is fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and very very close to all the places in Hyannis you'd want to go. Even next to a mall. We could have spent more to stay closer to the water, but it's a couple miles to the ports and we got around very quickly. more
