The Heritage House is in a great location- right on Main Street Hyannis, walk to shops, restaurants and the wharf. It's also a short drive to the Beaches. I was initially put off by the look of the exterior of the hotel due to some renovations being conducted on the face of the building but was pleasantly surprised once I checked in a got to my room. It was a comfortable, well-maintained space for 4 people, service for extra towels, soap, shampoo etc. was extremely prompt and polite.... more

The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. The wait staff in Chauncey's did there best but found most did not speak or understand English well. Cheryl was great and very helpful if you have a choice get her to wait on you. The food was ok not great! Buffet was ordinary would have been nice to have better... more

what i liked best about this hotel was the accessibility to the beaches and resturants in Hyannis.All were within walking distance.The only downside was locating it once you got to the downtown area it sneaks up on you real quick.The rooms were always clean and the two pools plus sauna and jacuzzi were an added bonus.I already booked my trip... more

I lead bicycle tours and have been staying at the Hyannis Heritage House for 8 years now. The property is a typical Cape Cod hotel owned by two families that are service oriented and take pride in their establishment.
