Rude staff. They booked me in a smoking room, when I had requsted non-smoking. They would not help me. They talked down to me, cut me off when I was speaking. The hotel was clean, the pool and hot tub were great. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Just beware of the blond female bartender at the restaurant. She was not very friendly and we felt like we were bothering her by sitting down to have some appetizers. more
