I think in the summer, it's probably a great choice since it has 2 pools and you can drive to the ferries and beaches. The people at the front desk are very nice, but that is the extent of the services. Breakfast is typical continental, definitely nothing to write home about. We found the facility and the staff to be excellent. The people at the front desk were most cheery and helpful, especially in locating good restaurants and special places to visit on the Cape. We also liked the ability to park right outside out room and carry our luggage directly through the patio door. more

This property is not very attractive on the outside, but the friendly staff and comfortable rooms are what is important. It is in a great location with access to the interesting points in Hyannis, the Cape Cod Mall, great resstaurants or just a place to crash and rest. more
