This hotel is exactly where you want to be if you are taking a vacation on the cape. It is across from the hi line ferry which goes to martha's vineyard and nantucket. It is also just a 3 minute care ride from the Kennedy Memorial, Hyannisport and the beach. You can walk to main street in about 5 minutes.... More

We stayed here just a few weeks ago, in October. Their renovations are great. The common areas are beautiful. There's even a fire pit. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The staff was friendly. I am quite picky about where I stay and don't have a lot of money for luxury...this place fit the bill. I would... More

We stayed here for one night and thought we d stepped back in time ! The room was very old fashioned but provided all we needed. The staff were very welcoming and the surroundings looked lovely even though it was too cold to enjoy them. It was a perfect location for the ferry but just needed an update . More

Positive - parking, clean comfortable room, location for Cape Cod, the Islands and Plimouth Plantation. Average - service, pool/jacuzzi great size but badly needs maintenance/tlc - however still very enjoyable Immediate locale in Hyannis Below average - breakfast. Expensive with few healthy options More

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never encountered any problems. The hotel is in a good location, very handy for catching the ferry to the islands. The hotel is also a short walk from the shops and several nice restaurants. Although the rooms are not 5 star quality, the beds are very comfortable, and you have... More

My husband and I traveled to Hyannis for the first time in October 2010. This was the best place to stay at! It's nothing fancy - regular rooms, similar to a motel but much nicer. It's in a great spot - accross and close to great restaurants and the ocean is just down the road. Go in the fall and... More

We made a reservation with this property as we were driving in from the Berkshires (a very long drive) on their website. When we finally arrived (no one at the property knew driving directions to the property), we were given a room that was totally unacceptable. The minute we opened the door the smeel hit us. It was horribly mildewed... More

This hotel could easily be used for an old movie. The veranda in front of the rooms gives some noise when people are passing by with their suitcases on wheels, but the atmosphere is quite romantic. At the lobby I overheard a young couple booking their honeymoon in this hotel. The bathroom has no space to put your toiletries. The... More

We took a family vacation in Aug. to the Cape. There were mixed reviews about this place, but I decided to book it anyway because the pictures looked nice and the pricing was reasonable. It's called a "hotel" but is actually more of a motel, which was fine. The lobby and outdoor common areas are quite nice, and the staff... More

A couple of girlsfriends and I stayed here and we just had the best time. The hotel was bright, and clean and had great amenities. We were in walking distance to restaurants (the Black Cat was very good)and shopping on Main St. The next morning we walked across the street and got on the ferry to M.V. I can't wait... More
