Booked as part of the virgin fly drive superior package - bit of a joke i think. The hotel no longer goes as Sheraton - but is known as the Resort & Conference Centre, Hyannis. I'm not surprised. Rooms are basic. Location is terrible - nothing nearby. Waste of a stop. more

My wife and I we booked a room with King size bed the room was old and had odor the slidind door dos not shut , So we had to change room and the only room we could get is double beds, But the hotel is very busy everyday. I guess I will never stay here again. more

We booked our room online about 2 hours before arriving. The reception staff were helpful, and the room was really nice. We were on the first floor, and had a little balcony overlooking the putting green. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, and a beauty salon.
