We had a terrible experience at the Gables Inn recently, and would defintely NOT recommend it. Prior to our arrival, we had an emergency and had to cancel one of the nights we had booked. Hadn't been here in 10 years and made the mistake of giving it another chance. The host is incredibly rude and appears to not even care that you are there. The lack of attention and detail is a shame. This is such a cute town and every other B&B we've stayed at in Lenox is far superior. more
