I booked this place on-line which had the option of a roll-away bed (for additional $10). We have 3 small children, so two beds does not cut it. When I called the motel to confirm the man said that the roll-away was broken and not available, but he would accomodate me with another bed--or so I thought. When we arrived,... more

I checked into the Knights Inn on the Saturday of Labor Day week-end, and paid the $163 fee. When I went to my room, I found it unacceptable. It was a lower than average budget-type room, was dark and had a stale odor. The parking lot was empty except for two large trucks on the side and one small truck... more

A poor choice in the heart of the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. At $300 dollars (plus tax) for two weekend nights in August '06 (prime season) this was the least expensive in the area.
