We stayed for a long weekend. To Our dismay Ants and other bugs went scurrying around when we lifted the drapes. Spent the weekend with these crawling around. Room condition other than bugs was fair. Front desk was not helpful at all. We spoke to them twice.

The room was nice, with great "extras". The desk was very helpful as were the love seat and easy chair. I upgraded breakfast and that was not great. The eggs were cold and the buffet needed to be restocked.

Just don't. Front desk staff inefficient, no point in going to the restaurant- not even for a burger. Don't bother to complain, "sorry" accompanied by angry looks doesn't make for good fixes, and I could hear the telephone conversations and bathroom functions of the person in another room. Has the trappings of good, but the substance sucks
