Nice place, a little out of the way, but free internet, coffee and parking. Bigger rooms, big screen TV, free breakfast (bagels, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. not eggs, pancakes type breakfast) would stay here again when visiting Boston! more

we stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, my husband loved having a small sectional sofa to stretch out on and watch television. To use the hotel shuttle, all we had to do was come downstairs and ask to be taken to the T station (both the red and orange T stations are an option). Only once was... more
The Hyatt Place brand of hotels are a favorite with my older teens. They are sold on the plasma screen, the free wireless internet and other added tech amenities that they enjoy. We loved this hotel for the large room size - easily accommodated 5 of us - with 3 college students. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Bathroom had... more
We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Medford while flying into Boston. The hotel is only about a five minute drive out of town and was a great location for us. We like Hyatt Place hotels for their large rooms and modern furnishings. The continental breakfasts are not bad, but it would be nice to have more selections without paying.... more
Recently, my son and I stayed at the hotel for a five day stay. The hotel was conviently located with a free shuttle to the T. Hotel staff like Ronny, Daniel and Meagan made the stay even better. They give 110% customer service. From the size and cleanliness from the room to the complimentary breakfast, we could not ask for... more
Arrangements were made months in advance with the function manager. My family reunion is held every Easter around the country and it involves 30-35 people from Friday-Sunday. Upon check-in some were given rooms that were already occupied. Returning to the desk for help, my cousin (27 years old) was called an 'idiot" in front of his mother, who was horrified.... more
This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place and we found it to be quite pleasant. Upon check-in we found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. This hotel is a seven minute ride to North Station or you can drive to the Wellington T station about 5 minutes, park for $5.00 and take the subway in... more
I came with my teenage daughter and her friend for a quick overnight trip to Boston. The hotel is easy to get to (just off I-93), has plenty of free parking (both in an underground garage and in an open lot behind the hotel which was mostly empty); is walking distance (2 short blocks) to a shopping district with some... more
The room was very neat and clean (smelled a little funny). The staff isn't the most hospitable except for the hostess during check in and i was so disapointed that room service wasn't available. Parking was a nightmare after a night out on the town and ended up parking behind the hotel a good distance away just to go up... more
This was my third stay at this Hyatt Place, and with good reason. It is well located (10 min by car to downtown Boston), reasonably priced (this weekend was $114/nite) and has spacious well appointed rooms. I really like the suite arrangement with a huge fold out sofa that can accomodate 3 kids. The large plasma TV is helpful. The... more
