Nice place, a little out of the way, but free internet, coffee and parking. Bigger rooms, big screen TV, free breakfast (bagels, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. not eggs, pancakes type breakfast) would stay here again when visiting Boston! more

we stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, my husband loved having a small sectional sofa to stretch out on and watch television. We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Medford while flying into Boston. The hotel is only about a five minute drive out of town and was a great location for us. We like Hyatt Place hotels for their large rooms and modern furnishings. The continental breakfasts are not bad, but it would be nice to have more selections without paying.... more

Arrangements were made months in advance with the function manager. My family reunion is held every Easter around the country and it involves 30-35 people from Friday-Sunday. Upon check-in some were given rooms that were already occupied. Returning to the desk for help, my cousin (27 years old) was called an 'idiot" in front of his mother, who was horrified.... more
