Beautifully restored factory workers homes, as factory workers never dreamed of living. Rooms are large and while evocative of their former use, are not lacking in modern conveniences. We've stayed here many, many times: we love the sleek-but-warm rooms, the pool and hot tub, the breakfast buffet. But we have been disappointed by a slide in service: the hot tub is often out of service, and the folks working there just kind of shrug. Likewise, the heat in our room has been broken, and they've seemed remarkably unconcerned.... more
