This hotel worked for us. The serious management issues mentioned in recent reviews either have been fixed, or we were lucky. We had no problems with noise (on a weekend at the beginning of the high season on Cape Code and the islands), cleanliness, or staff. My family (5 of us) was very pleased w/the Residence Inn. My husband was shocked at the room price. He actually said "Wow this room was just $119?!" That was what we paid with our AAA discount.
