We loved the location of this hotel. It was easily within a very short walking distance to a beautiful park, the beach, the marina, the Gingerbread cottages, restaurants and bars. We stayed at the Nashua House during July 2007 for two nights. We had a room with a double bed with a door that opened onto the front porch. From the porch we could see the ocean, the beautiful park and watch the activity of the streets and establishments below. The location is centrally located to everything in Oak Bluffs.... more

We stayed one night in a small third floor room with an ocean view (note: the hotel is not on the ocean, but the third floor is high enough that you can see it).
