My wife and I and another couple couple just returned from a stay at the Cove. After reading several reviews we didnt know what to expect. What we found was a quaint, quiet, nicely appointed Cape Cod motel. We had a limited view of the bay, unfortunately most of the motel is built around the perimeter of the parking lot. It... more

I would not stay there again. We had 7 couples there for 3 nights for a wedding and you have to be quite from 10:30pm to 7:00am. They warned us the first night, 3 of us talking in a room and they told us one more time they would call the police and have us thrown out. more

With all the building restrictions on the Cape, you won't find many new hotels or motels. The local owners of the Cove Motel have kept their rooms up to date and immaculate. Our waterfront room had a wonderful deck, new, secure windows, and a most comfortable bed. The rooms had the necessary coffee maker, TV, AC, and refrigerator. Many families... more

Motel is average to below average. Definitely a Motel. Stayed here for a wedding and found it to be very out dated.....decor especially. Location of the motel was probably the biggest and only highlight. more

In failing health and thinking to take this likely last opportunity to show my second wife the Cape, my favorite place in all the world, I booked a trip for us to fly to New York City, then drive to the Cape, then drive back to NYC to fly home. I required wheelchair service coming and going at the two... more

The Cove was a clean and comfortable motel. I stayed there for a weekend on the Cape with my mom. Our room included two queens beds, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a small coffee maker, a TV ,and a DVD player. There was plenty of parking, and the site is located on a pretty inlet. The only problem we had... more

After some research we decided on this motel. The reservation lady was honest. I requested a water view and she said it had part water view, part of landscaped parking lot. This indeed was the case but it was all very pleasant. Room was generous in size, big bed! with extra amenities, i.e. microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Very helpful... more

Stayed here for a few nights in mid-August and was quite happy. We were not expecting luxury for $160 a night in the cape, but it was a lovely place to stay, and the perfect location. Its on the cove (which basically leads into the ocean), and some rooms are situated closer to the water with water views. Most of... more

Well me my wife and 3 children ages 4,8,12 . Recently stayed at the Cove motel in Orleans, MA . We were ooohed and ahhhed by the looks of their rooms on their website and the view of the ocean inlet, So we booked their 2 rm waterfront view suite. Which had supposedly been recently remodeled and upon booking the... more

We stayed here for a couple of nights to go to a wedding in Chatham. While it has a certain rustic charm, my in-laws were less than thrilled. It is probably better for young couples and families. The bathrooms are not up to date. That didn't even bother us, because it was pretty there and the room rate was good.... more
