This visit started with a negative. The check-in was unpleasant. Rather than a "welcome", it was"sign this and make sure you read it!". A most unpleasant woman. The room was very clean. Excellent housekeeping service. Water view. Our room was on the first floor and footsteps from upstairs were constant.

This was the perfect hotel for our needs. It was clean, the staff friendly, it had a nice view of the water. I enjoyed sitting outside and reading for an hour or so one afternoon. It was convenient to the Cape Cod Rail trail and several little restaurants.
