The most authentic of any place we stayed on our vacation up and down the New England Coast. While the owner said she was still refreshing the main floor (? we thought it was in terrific shape), the rooms are just beautiful (loved the big old bathroom!), the food was really good, and the owner was terrific. A very historic home with all kinds of intreging architectural background. Really loved it.
