My sister and I spent a very enjoyable weekend in Provincetown. I booked the reservations on-line based on price and location. We were very pleased with the closeness to town and the extremely friendly service. The rooms are freshly painted and quite spacious. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We didn't get to use the... More

We stayed at the Cape Colony over a rainy Mother's Day weekend. We've been coming here for years. Last year the ownership changed, and the improvements they have been making are very nice! First- the rooms are being revamped. The walls and trim are freshly painted, the rug torn out and replaced, the old double beds replaced by some nice... More

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly Sheila the receptionist was and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. It is of course a motel, but they gave us fruit when we arrived hungry, and a lollipop for later, and the continental breakfast in the morning was lovely, and included coffee, cereal, and waffles! The Motel is right in P-Town... More

Thank you for such a wonderful review. My staff and I work hard to make each guest feel less like a guest and more like a friend. Sheila is indeed a wonderful front desk agent, always smiling and ready to assist our friends with their travel plans or daily excursions around Provincetown. Little treats like fresh fruit available all day... More

My girlfriend and I were so thrilled that the Cape Colony just reopened since the Cape Cod Ragnar filled the towns rooms quickly. It's location is close enough to everything but not too close, so your away from the Main Street noise. The room was spacious, clean, and well planned out. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We really... More

Thank You for your wonderful review. The Ragnar Race has become a huge event in Provincetown and it was great to meet the runners and their teams. The Cape Colony Inn underwent a extensive renovations project this winter and completely redecorated and enhanced all of our rooms. Our enhancements included a completely new look, new Sealy Mattresses, K-cup coffee makers,... More

this is my second time staying here. The only reason we decided to return was the new ownership and the mention of improvements. I have to say that they have definitely improved big time. New (very comfortable) beds, new linens, curtains, hair dryer, fridge, keurig machine, and softgoods, Don't really care that the TV and furniture are older. Carpet in... More

This was our first time staying there, and I've looked and researched, and checked the reviews. I made the reservation blind, trusting in the past reviewers. I felt that it definitely lived up to its past reviews. I was happy to see that the room was spotless, the comforter and sheets were clean, and nice big fluffy pillows! There even... More

My best friend and I have been going to P-town and staying at the Cape Colony Inn for probably fifteen years, always in August for our respective birthdays. With the recent new ownership, there are new mattresses, new bedding, well working coffee makers in the rooms, excellent coffee in the main office each morning with a continental breakfast. Reasonably priced, no minimum stay requirements, clean, safe, easy parking, bus access to center of town( 20-30 min walk). Simple and basic older motor lodge but clean and comfortable. We'll return next summer!
