Located in the middle of Commercial Street, our choice each day is West End or East End for shopping. It's back off the street so it can provide the quiet needed during the day. At night the bar (Vixen) and nightclub (Madeira Room) are open so it can be noisy but once they close, you are all set. Madeira Room... more

I stayed at the Pilgrim House Inn with a group of seven girls for a bachelorette party. We just found this hotel online and really didn't know anything about it until the moment we checked in. Finding the Inn was a sinch as it is located right in the center of twon next to the Patio Cafe. We arrived on... more

During the off season Ptown is a great place to visit, but the Pilgrim House is to be avoided despite its central location. There was ice everywhere, very easy to slip and fall, and when my car got stuck in the drive, they offered me a shovel. The shower was cold, and when I left some of my belongings to... more

We stayed in July of '08, new owners were remodeling. We paid for 3rd floor rooms w/guaranteed parking for 8 days. On at least 2 mornings notes were slipped under our doors telling us to move our vehicles by 10AM. No suggestion on where to park, no comment about reimbursement, no hint about when we could return. It upset us... more

What are you doing downtown in P-Town if not partying? I was in this house on the third floor during bear week with my BF, we needed a couple nights after spending 7 days at a guest house to finish out a 10 day-9 night affair. Thought this lez camp might be tranny fierce, but it turned out to be... more

Stayed one night, as it was the only hotel we could find online to book. We had read some of the reviews before arriving, so knew what to expect. Our room was on the 2nd floor - quaint size, clean, but yes it is VERY loud from the disco bar downstairs. If you want a refrig/microwave - those are only... more

Very unhappy with the condition of the room, unclean and quite depressing. The advertisement said nothing about a disco downstairs that is open all night and extremely loud. I would never go back or recommend. more

A friend and I stayed at this place because it was one of the cheaper places to stay for a few nights. One plus is that the location is great-- right by the docks, and close to all the shopping and restaurants. However, every night the music was so loud that the bathroom mirror and the windows literally rattled, and... more

My husband and I were having a hard time finding a place to stay that looked like it didn't mind hetero couples. I called my brother and he found this place on the internet. It was the most affordable in town, but when we got there it was very obvious that the hotel was located above a lesbian nightclub. We... more

We were traveling to Provincetown over Labor Day weekend and finding a place to staying for less than 5 nights proved to be a challenge. Pilgrim House was one of the few accommodations in P-Town that allowed a 3 night stay. We were a little leary based on prior reviews but booked none the less. We were pleasantly surprised upon... more
