After doing much research on the perfect place to stay, my partner and I arrived in Provincetown after a 5 1/2 hour trip from Woodstock, N.Y. We stayed on the first floor in a beautifully appointed room. Lisa was gracious and helped us with our bags as we unloaded our car. My partner did not want to be in the... More

Last year, we luckily found The Inn at Cook Street but Lisa and Doreen - the owners - made us feel like they had finally found US. Spending time with the inn-keepers (even though they're busy) is part of what WE love about the experience; and, it's always fun and interesting to hear all about the house and the owners'... More

The inn was so comfortable and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed. Lisa and Doreen made my stay wonderful, their great conversation was a great bonus. The breakfast was ample and varied with cereals, eggs, homemade muffins, with good health in mind. The inn was perfectly situated for seeing all that Ptown has to offer. I am really looking forward to... More

One of the most fabulous places if not the best Inn I have had the pleasure of spending a whole week with my partner. Lisa send Doreen were the best possible hosts while enjoying our vacation in PTown. They treated us like family and provided us delicious breakfasts and the best Tea in town! We had such an amazing experience... More

Stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay. We had a cosy, clean, comfortable room. Everything we needed was available and the breakfasts were delicious. The Inn is in a great location up a quiet side street but just a short walk from the sea front and the town centre. Hope to return one day.

We just got back from a weekend at the Inn at Cook Street in Provincetown. Such a wonderful Inn and warm innkeepers as well. Everything was so clean and neat, beautiful decor in not only the main house but also the adorable cottage where we stayed out in back of the main house. They really thought of everything in advance... More

Would definitely recommend this guest house. Our room was lovely, breakfast was yum (and freshly made) and Lisa and Doreen very welcoming. It's a few minutes walk from the main town and 1 minute from the beach.

Just got back from a four night stay at the Inn. The hospitality of owner Lisa and her capable aide Alex was something we have rarely experienced in numerous stays at B and B's. Great full breakfasts, a sampling of special blend teas, great conversation...an innkeeper who happily participates in guest conversations and offers local tips and knowledge most generously....
