I loved this place instantly, and always check to see if it's available whenever we go to Provincetown. The rooms are cozy, the house bautiful, the hosts charming and accomodating, the location great, the prices and breakfast good, and the views are wonderful.

Steve and Dave are great. They make everyone feel at home and are very knowledgeable and helpful about things to do in town. We love the restaurant rating system. The free use of bicycles is nice. Dave makes a killer breakfast daily to eat out on the deck when the weather is nice. The views from the deck are great.
