We choose this hotel (which is really a motel, but its stuff doesn't say that) because of its location facing the watery marshes and beaches on the quiet tip of the Cape, and because we are gay and it is run by women. But don't go unless you have a car and/or bikes . Or if you like a bit... more

Provincetown: INN AT THE MOORS : a great experience My wife and I spent 3 nights in September at the Inn. The view from the room was spectacular, especially at sunset. Our room was very clean and we loved having a kingsized bed. We also enjoyed the chairs out on the deck to really breathe in the sea air and... more

Per recommendation from my sister I booked a week at this Inn this August. What a wonderful place! The people are friendly, the area, gorgeous. I'll return next year for sure. I felt rested, ready to return to the real world after a week. What's also great is that it's a short trip from Boston so it's easy to get... more

I have been coming to the Inn at The Moors for two years now. My partner and I absolutely cherish this place for its totally stunning view of the Provincetown Bay and the sand dunes. There is no other place in town that has such an amazing view and is so affordable--it is a nice, tucked away little secret that... more

After viewing the nice looking photos online, I was disappointed when I arrived to find room with nasty carpet, a room that was not clean, and a bathroom that you needed flip flops to walk in. I would recommend staying elsewhere, even if you have to pay a bit more. Because it felt like something could crawl on me at... more

Let's start with some positives for the Inn: 1) The heated pool was a plus for P-town in the summer, especially if you have children; 2) The location was beautiful with stunning views of the moors, dunes, and Long Point lighthouse. You can also walk out to Long Point from the Inn when the tide is down which is truly... more

The Inn has been newly remodeled and looked wonderful. The owners were really nice. We didn't know how we were going to get to town one night and they gave us a ride to town. I thought the walk to town was a little too much. We took taxis on the way back from town and it was $8-11 each time.... more

My friend and I stayed at the Inn at the Moors again this past summer for the fifth time in the same number of years. Each year we get to know the owners better, and find new upgrades to the rooms. After staying at three other resorts or bed and breakfast lodgings in Provincetown, we are looking no more for... more

I am writing about a wonderful secret In Provincetown, Ma.. The Inn At The Moors has what I consider one of greatest panoramic views of natural dune beaches in the country. Nestled at the end of Cape Cod, The Moors is one of best places to stay in Provincetown. So many of the other accomodations in Provincetown are right in... more

Dated? Yes. Needs an upgrade? Yes. Funky? Yes Yes Yes! But we'll stay there again...the $100-130 range is at the low end for P-town in the summer, and they'll usually have a room. Book upstairs for the views....next stop, 2000 miles, is europe. We actually like the walk into town (we brought our bikes, which makes it even better since... more
