Pros: clean room, good bed, quiet area, walking distance to town. Cons: nasty desk service (except for the manager), few amenities. Warning: this feels like a 1950s motel. It's a bit far out on the point though, so its a decent walk into town; after a day of wandering around Provincetown it's not always nice to have to trek back for ten minutes and climb up a hill. Great alternative to the pricy B&Bs of Provincetown. Our room was clean and affordable; we LOVED the pool and the chairs on the balcony for lounging. Downtown was a 10-minute walk away, and the quick, no-fuss breakfast was perfect.
