My sister and mom planned a trip to Cape Cod and Provincetown was our last stop. We had initially planned on staying here two nights. When we arrived in the lobby we noticed everything was a bit dated. However, we checked in and continued to our room. On our way we found the most deplorable conditions I think I've ever... more

My wife and I stayed at the Cape Inn (CI) for one night recently. I booked this hotel as most of the properties in Provincetown want a two night commitment for accommodations. I was able to book one night at the CI. This hotel / motel is a little shabby around the edges and has a real dated late seventies... more

Ok room, nothing special. The hotel has a nice big swimming pool. However, we preferred to be somewhere closer to the town centre. more

We needed a place to stay for an impromptu trip this past weekend, and this would be our first overnight trip to Provincetown since our 1-yr-old child has been born. This is a town of fancy B&B's catering to adult crowds, and this is a time of year when many places are not open yet. Those factors greatly reduced our... more

My boyfriend and I stayed there for the weekend and we found the room to be a little funky looking. The sheets on the beds were gross, my pillow had a hole, the bed was sort of uncomfortable. The bathroom has to be maintained more often! The colors and decors were just ugly. However it was very pleasant to view... more

This hotel had a room on Labor Day weekend, that's why we stayed here. So from that point of view being able to stay so near Provincetown at short notice was great. As previous reviews have stated the decor looks like it has not been touched since the 80's and looked very tired from some angles, from others it had... more

We stayed at the Cape Inn recently, and we had a very nice time. The room was big and clean, and the pool area was great. Although it's pretty far from the town center, there's a convenient shuttle that passes by right in front every 30 mins and for $1 per person, you don't have to worry about parking. The... more

I stayed twice at this hotel, once in 2001 and then again in 2006, both time the only reason we chose here was that I couldn't get anywhere else. Okay, its not the worst place in the world. The rooms are big, and most in the front of the hotel have a terrific view of the sea. The beds are... more

Wow...We were on a one month road trip and were unhappy to find the run-down Cape Inn at the town which was the highlight of our trip! There were several dead bugs to greet us each day on the window sills in the hall and on the stairs (the same ones remained throughout the weekend which were never cleaned up).... more
