After a day in Newport, RI we headed home to Massachusetts but it got late so on the spur of the moment, we decided to stay overnight someplace. DID WE LUCK OUT! We found the Johnson and Wales Inn in Seekonk, MA and were lucky enough to secure a room without a reservation! What a find! The moment we entered... more

Stayed here 2 nights in an executive suite room number 250. We had a great room. It was very clean, and very.very large! Two double beds and a pullout sofa. The sitting area was huge, it had a micro and a refrig. There were 4 (yes 4) easy chairs in the room! The bathroom was huge and there was plenty... more

In my 53 years, this was one of my most dreadful motel experiences. I recommend this motel if you are deaf, but if you are a sentient human being with hearing, slamming doors, terrible soundproofing and weddings and other affairs that run into all hours of tha night will make this a terrible experience for you also. This Inn seems... more

Overall, we we very disappointed with our stay at Johnson and Wales Inn. It was overpriced for what you got and a bit deceptive in their advertising. When we arrived we were greeted by a nice looking lobby that had a slight odor of dog urine to it. Our room was large ,slight lack of decoration, but big enough that... more

The hotel is very nice . The carpeting in the banquet entrance could use a cleaning but it is well maintained. We had a room at the back on the 4th floor. We liked the fact you could open the window. They had a small laundry room which came in handy. We had a small continetal breakfast included in the... more

I stayed at the Johnson and Wales on my honeymoon for a couple of nights. I felt the hotel did a good job. We stayed in a executive suite. We recieved a complimentary newspaper every morning at our door, and also a complimentary breakfast in the morning. Typical bagels, muffins, coffee, fruit, cereal etc, but still, very nice. Our room... more

The room was large, but the furniture positioning made it feel cramped anyway. The floors were dirty and the wall paper in need of repair. Certainly not what one would expect for the high room rate. The lobby is not well kept and the halls are very narrow. The parking lot looks like an ashtray. More troubling was the deceptive... more

We stayed at the J & W Inn for just 2 nights. It was ok, a decent lookng place. But the halls are VERY small and narrow, and there was not elevator access to our floor, so we had to climb the 2 flights with me being 7 months pregnant and accompinied by my 3 year old daughter. We got... more
