I stayed at this hotel recently for three nights - and was pleasantly surprised! All of the hotels within walking distance to the attractions in Boston were either sold out or outrageously priced. I found this hotel for about $130/night - just outside of Boston in Somerville, MA. Where is Somerville you say? Well, it is just a ten minute... more

We have been for two nights at this Hotel and everything was OK but they hosts a Brazilian music festival which was performed in a neighbour parking lot with a so high noisy that was impossible to speak in our seventh level room. Breakfast is not included and to get downtown Boston you have to pass a Harvard degree on... more

This is a well run, solid hotel. Good rooms, bathrooms and restaurant. However the area is a little run down. It's safe but there is nothing in the area to do, see, or go to eat. If you have a car, it's not a problem. I used the subway, and it's a five minute walk to the T which is... more

There is really no feeling the hotel evokes. Just a plain functional holiday inn. Boring location, sleepy neighbourhood. I would highly recommend that you stay in some place more central and exciting if you're a tourist and plan on some sighseeing. Its not that far really, but personally, I would rather pay a little more to stay in a place... more

This hotel is a great bargain. I really wasn't expecting much since it was going for about half the rate of any other hotel in the area, however I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice, on the fancy side. Room was very clean, smelled great, nice spacious bathroom. There is also a complementary shuttle service that will... more

I recently stayed at this property with my husband and 3 boys, ages 10, 7 and 1 year. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiles and excellent service. We were welcomed with gift bags, a perk of the Holiday Inn Priority Club Program, which contained snacks and bottled water. This hotel is clean, comfortable... more

Highly recommended hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and above average. It's not downtown, but it's three blocks away from the Sullivan Square T station (station). We bought a 15$ 7-day pass that allowed us to travel as much as we wanted through Boston. So you can be downtown easily in 5-10 minutes. We paid 79$ a night for a 2-doubles... more

I stayed here in the summer and was really impressed with the quality of the hotel. We found it to be clean, with great service and also had a really elegant decor about it that you wouldn't always expect. The rooms were spacious with everything you could need. The tvs even had an internet access option which was really handy.... more

not bad for a holiday inn, it was actually quite nice. good size room, quiet, clean, and the bed was nice and comfy. they even had firm pillows since most hotels only give you down. the pool looked nice but I didn’t get to try it out since I forgot my bathing suit. the room service was bleh but maybe... more

This Holiday Inn is better than most that I have stayed at. It was clean (without the cleaning smell) and the room was appointed very nicely. The bathroom was upgraded and rivaled better hotels. I chose this location because it was close to the business I was visiting, and only 2 blocks from the "T" ( a major plus for... more
