Be aware that they have a two-night minimum stay, even in the off-season. That's not terribly uncommon for a B&B, but they do neglect to mention it on their website--- in fact, their Terms & Conditions page even states that "full pre-payment is required for a one- or two-night stay," creating a false impression.
