I've stayed at Surf and Sand 5 years now. My kids and I love it! It's right on the beach, has heated pool, kitchenette and big grassy area for kids to play. I "ll go every year if I can. Having read some negative reviews about this hotel,I was worried to try the surf and sand.I AM SOOO GLAD I DID> The location is the best on shore drive. Pat is wonderful at the front desk and the staff was very accomodating. I will definitely be hading back!!!!! more

How do I even start to explain my horrible experience at this hotel. The so called "owners" of the hotel (old women and old man) are the most miserable, ignorant, hostile people I have ever met! The older women that works the desk and grounds is completley MISERABLE!! She will do anything to make your stay feel uncomfortable and bothering.... more

The Surf and Sand was a great place for the money. It is close to the ocean and beach with beautiful views from all rooms. The building is older but was very clean with everything working well. Surf and Sand was perfect for a deck view of the ocean, accessibility to a walk on the beach, hearing the waves, seeing the sea gulls and enjoying what Cape Cod is meant to be.
