We have been to this campground many times and have always had a great time, and never had any problems. The park has always been clean, and the sites are very large in most areas. The pool with the waterslide is great for children, paying a charge helps to keep the crowd limited, and is worth a couple of dollars... more

My familiy and friends have been camping at Jellystone every year since 2001 starting wth a pop-up camper to our current travel trailer. Starting when my sons were 10 and 11, we've enjoyed this campground. There's plenty of activities for children and teens along with entertainment for adults in the lounge. Staff is very friendly and helpful, with very clean... more

I was hesitant to camp here because of some of the other reviews. One day at work I saw photos with the Yogi statues on a coworkers desk, so I asked her about it. She has been camping there every summer for the past 8 years with her grandchildren and had nothing but great things to say about it. So... more

This place was the worst. The bathrooms were disgusting! Most of the sinks had did not work properly. The showers are the worst. The water goes off every 30seconds so you have to keep pressing the button while showering. The staff was absolutely rude and useless! My 8yr.old - 12yr.old nieces were sexually harrased by a 14yr.old boy and they... more

This group was loud and drinking very late at night. They were not watching their children and accused a couple boys malesting their 7 year old child. We had this was investigated by the police dept. and found it to be untrue. We will not tollerate the behavior displayed by this group. We actually had to call the police on...

I had booked this initially for a family get-together but eventually went with a group of friends since my family could not come due to a serious hospitalization in the family and these guys refused to cancel the reservation - there was just a day's lag in booking the reservation and request for cancellation. The AGM, Diane was very rude... more

This group came in very upset that we did not refund their money. They were told the cancellation policy when making the reservation. After saving 7 cabins for them, they tried to cancel the day before arrival. After contacting the campground and corporate office and getting the same answer, they decided to camp, drink, be loud and complain. Our security...

Well I tried to make a nice day/night for me and the kids by making last minute reservations at about 11am and as we were getting ready to go on of my young got violently ill and we couldn't go. I called no later than 12:30pm and canceled. I was upset because my kid was so sick that I wasn't... more

It is our policy is the only way to answer her after the policy was explained. We always give the policy before taking someone's money. She was treated with respect. There was no one rude to her. I do not know why she commented on the staff being rude. I did give her the option of channging her dates so...

I rented a cabin at this campground for the weekend and after locating it and settling in I went to buy firewood, The firewood they sold was wet and wouldn't catch fire even after lighter fluid was added. The bathrooms were disgusting all toilets either had poop on it or were loaded up with toilet paper. The beach was dirty... more

We had come to this campground after having spent 3 days in Vermont. We wanted to stop one more night before heading back to Connecticut. When we got there, I first had to wait for about 10 minutes to get service. When I did, the girl on the front desk was rude and didn't seem to care for her job... more

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE who has a family, who wants peace and quiet, who wants a clean and well-maintaned campground... are you getting the picture? There are three bathroom buildings for more than 800 campsites. Our group should have left the minute we realized that. I can't believe that's even legal. The "water slide" is 30 feet... more
