Comfortable beds, nice room, clean. Breakfast was fine. Pity about the the paper plates and plastic cutlery.... Took the shine off the general presentation. Would be only a tad extra effort and cost to rectify this.

Was very happy with my recent stay. Conveniently located, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. Will definitely stay here when traveling to Sturbridge in the future.

Our bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant continental breakfast. It wasn't peak season and the hotel looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. We wrote our name in the dust on the furniture and hallways needed to be vacuumed.

The property itself is nice, but we had problems with the front desk and reservations. Do not expect them to get you adjoined rooms even if you request it. The hotel is clean and quiet. the staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff helpful.. Great place to stay. I stayed there for 4 weeks while working on a job in the next town. Rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable.

Staff very helpful and very knowledgeable of area restaurants and Sturbridge Village. Clean Rooms, hot breakfast was convenient and FREE!! Will stay again if in area, defiantly will recommend to other travelers. Mom & Dads they have a pool for the kids, Love it!!
