This is a condo so there is no rental office, each place is rented by the owner directly or through a local real estate office like a house would be. We found our condo through the vrbo.com website after my aunt who lives on the island recommended the complex. We rented a two BR unit that was in the lower section by the pool and actually accessed via lobster ally off causeway Rd unlike the higher units where the entrance is off Skiff Rd. Each unit will be different, but ours had a new kitchen, mostly new bath, and was in very nice shape. We paid $1,500 a week in July (peak season).

The complex was very impressive and exceeded our expectations, the garden beds were extensive, every window had a flower box, the shrubs and lanscaping were excellent, and everything was watered every day. The laundry room was very nice and immaculate (3 W & Ds). The pool was large, had a deep end, and had just been renovated with a new vinyl fence and resurfaced concrete decking. One... more
