I stayed at this Courtyard in October 2009. Check in was a little slow. One person working at desk, and she was tied up helping two separate workers who were there working on the hotel, so I had to stand for a while. When I left to go to dinner about an hour later, there were five or six people... more

This hotel was excellent. We've stayed in Courtyards before, and this is one of the nicest. We were a ways into our trip, so had some laundry to do. The front desk was happy to make change for us, and had laundry soap for purchase (we had brought our own). There were two washers and two dryers, which worked perfectly.... more

Stayed 4 nights in the middle of a complicated move/relocation/etc.... my room was immaculate, the a/c was great (because it was REALLY hot outside) and I parked under the hotel in the (free!) garage to keep my car cool. Great shower and the girl at the front desk, Kaitlin, was so darn nice! more

We were heading to Boston for the July 4th weekend and stayed outside the city rather than spending $$$ on a downtown Boston hotel. I've stayed in Waltham before so new the location well and found this Marriott based on reviews in Trip Advisor. First off I've stayed at many many Marriott Courtyards, and this one is not the standard... more

We have stayed at this Courtyard twice while visiting family in the area. It's been very nice both times. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are pretty large. We were arriving late at night and had asked for a pack and play crib to be in the room, and it was there set up, and the baby was... more

We had a fantastic stay at this Courtyard. I had to blink twice to confirm that it was indeed a Courtyard. Our room (2 queens) was huge. The bathroom was huge. The room design and decor was very modern and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice. I normally have a difficult time falling asleep... more

We went to the Boston area to look at colleges, and needed a decent sized suite to accommodate our family of four. There had been a blizzard, and our king suite (there's only one king suite) was given to a person who extended his/her stay due to the blizzard, which we were not happy about. We were given a very... more

Business needs took me to Waltham, MA in September 2008. I was booked into the Courtyard by Marriott. It is a newer hotel. The lobby is really open and inviting. My check in was swiftly handled. My room was right by the elevator, so I occasionally got noise from being right there. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I think I... more

I had never stayed in a Courtyard before, and I have to say, I was very impressed by this Hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean. Very nice size. All of the amenties that a business traveller would need. Great sleeping bed with plenty of pillows. The staff at this hotel were also top rate. The third shift front desk person... more

We booked this Courtyard in conjunction with a trip to Fenway Park, but my comments would apply to just about anyone visiting downtown Boston. This hotel is ideally located if you want to have downtown access without downtown prices (especially on the weekend when rates are substantially lower). It is less than a mile off of I-95 and it is... more
