Please note that I did not stay on the inn's premises and never met the owner's in person, but if you are still interested in my negative experience please read on. I booked 2 nights at this B&B through their online reservations form (accessed via webservations). It indicated after I confirmed my payment that someone would contact me to confirm same. Since it was the day before the stay and it was a holiday weekend I waited several hours and called the property directly to confirm my reservations. An elderly woman answered the phone and told me she was not familiar with my name and had not received my reservation and in fact she was fully booked for the second night I intended on staying, but not the first. I told her thank you anyway and informed her that her online reservation form indicated that at least 5 rooms were available and she told me that perhaps my reservation was received by their sister property Cape Cod Claddagh Inn and she gave me their phone number.
