I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn during one of my many business trips. When I arrived the front desk staff was excellent and fast! My room was cleaned and comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat. We went for a concert, which was one block away from the hotel so the location was perfect. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Valet parking so never had to look for somewhere to park. The only place I'd stay again in Worcester! more

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a bad experience. The hotel is within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and pubs. The rooms are always clean, beautiful and quiet. The staff have always been curteous and accomodating. We always choose the Garden when in Worcester! more
