When I first arrived, I waited for a good 5 minutes before help arrived at the front desk. After I was greeted, I confirmed with the front desk clerk that I would like a non-smoking room. She said there weren't any rooms available...and that the first floor, single bed, smoking room she was giving me 'hardly ever gets checked out'.... more

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. My experience was very unpleasant. When we arrived we did not get the room we were promised, we got one of the employee’s rooms instead. Convienently located off 94 and close to a number of amenities (sit-down restuarants, grocery stores, mall and strip malls), Baymont is a good choice for a mid-range hotel in the area. I've stayed at Baymont before and for the price, you really can't go wrong. We've stayed a few of the discount chains nearby and its worth the extra money... more

We arrived late 11:00 pm to check-in..I booked two rooms and requested the adjoining room and they told me its a first come basis..ok whatever...I wanted the rooms as close a possible..the put me in room #114 and #306 come on different floors? Our car club has stayed at this place, for the NSRA Car show in Kalamazoo, for quite a few years. This year many of our reservations were very screwed up.
