Stayed here for a 2 day conference. Very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. The conference rooms were sufficient. The work out room was small, but had the basic equipment. The economy appears to be taking a toll on the Bay City area...restaurant choices are less than desired...mostly chain restaurants. Planning to try the hotel restaurant. more

Stopped over for one night traveling through Michigan. The hotel is in a great location, on the river, with a park on one side and a road on the other. I agree with all of the previous reviewers. This hotel is exactly as reviewed and is the only full service hotel in the area. Stayed there this weekend with friends, and everyone enjoyed the hotel. Beds are very comfy but they are doubles in a regular room, Lots of pillows, towels are big and soft. Rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable as well. Close to everything. more

Very nice hotel in a small city. It is four years old and very well maintained. They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms and a river view. Very nice staff. My sister in law had her wedding here. I am so glad she did, there is not a nicer or more conveniently located hotel in the area. Right on the river, and fairly new. Who doesn't like a new hotel? Soft and lovely beds, nice bathrooms, couldn't really ask for more. more
